The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) with Painting of Aircraft as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional Japanese certification to provide the required services under this contract in country of Japan. • First-class paint technician (Japanese Government issued qualification) (?????????????) • Spraying technician (Japanese Government issued qualification) (?????) Please note applicable Department of Defense specifications listed below will NOT be posted at SAM for secuiryt reasons. The TM manuals will be sent to offerors by e-mail from the contract specialist. The offerors who will submit quotes shall contact the contract specialist (e-mail: naomi.chiba.jp@us.af.mil) to obtain the TM manuals. • TM 1-1500-345-23: Painting and Marking of Army Aircraft. • TM 1-1500-204-23-1: General Aircraft maintenance (General Aircraft Maintenance and Practices) Volume 1 • TM 1-1500-344-23-2: Cleaning and Corrosion Control Volume II aircraft (will be provided to awardee after the contract award)
