The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to collect, disinfect, transport, inspect, maintain and discharge sewage and waste water at Owada Communica... The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to collect, disinfect, transport, inspect, maintain and discharge sewage and waste water at Owada Communication Site as listed in Appendix B in accordance with applicable Japan Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations and commercial standards and practices. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Contractor shall possess any and all applicable business permits, certifications, licenses, and be in compliance with applicable Japanese laws. The Contractor shall also possess the following certification/permits: “Septic Tank Qualified Person (??????) and General Waste Collection and Transportation Permits (???????????)” issued by the appropriate GOJ authorities. The Contractor will provide copies of certification/permits to the KO during solicitation and duration of contract.
