The contractor shall provide all labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform replace blowers in buildings 137 and 624 at Camp Zama (CZ), and building 16 at Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA), Japan in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices, and the manufacturer standards. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. The contractor shall ensure their employees have the following current and valid Japanese professional certification to provide the required services under this contract in country of Japan. a. Plant attendant(s) shall possess the following license issued by an authorized agency recognized by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, the Government of Japan (?????). * Denkikouji-shi Dai 1 syu or 2 syu (??????1????2?) b. The employee shall also have the following certificate issued by an authorized agency recognized by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the Government of Japan (???????????). * Sansoketsubou Ryukasuiso Kiken Sagyousyunin-shya (???????????????) * Kuren TokubetuKyoiku Kohshu Shuryousha (?????????????) * Tamagake Ginohsha (??????)
