Question and Answer was issued please see Q and A The amendment 0001 was issued , Please see the amendment 0001 The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform replace existing well pump and rehabilitation of the wells in building (Bldg) S-1106 (Well No.1) and 1109 (Well No. 5), Camp Zama (CZ) and Bldg S-333-1 (Well No. 3) and Bldg 719 (Well No.4), Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA), in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standard and manufacturer standards. After replacement and rehabitation work, Coliform analysis is required. Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Site visit for pre-solicitation date and time are tentative. The offerors shall contact POC via email to cordinate the schedule.

The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform replace existing well pump and rehabilitation of the wells in building (Bldg) S-1106 (Well No.1) and 1109 (Well No. 5), at "Serizawa" and "Kurihara" near Camp Zama (CZ), and Bldg S-333-1 (Well No. 3) and Bldg 719 (Well No.4), Sagamihara Family Housing Area (SFHA),Japan in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standard and manufacturer standards. After replacement and rehabilitation work, Coliform Analysis is required. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan.
