The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform Drinking Water Analysis for Compliance Monitoring at All Honshu Installations in accordance with attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) , commercial practice and applicable Japanese and/or American and/or International environmental laws, regulations, and guidances. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
