The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of indoor swimming pools (main and baby pools) at building (Bldg) 205, Camp Zama (CZ). The service shall be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, manufacturer recommendations, and commercial standard during from 15 July 2022 to 31 August 2022.. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Site visit will be conducted at 10:00 AM on 20 May 22 at Camp Zama. All offerors shall be at gate at 9:45 on 20 May 22. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT 16 May 22.
