The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to perform inspection, maintenance an d repair of the runoff treatment facility, D-10 at Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima, Japan. The contractor shall perform the subject service in accordance with (IAW) the Performance work Statement (PWS), the manufacturer’s maintenance plan, standard laws/regulations and commercial practice. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Site visit will be conducted on 7 Jun 22 at 10:00 AM at Kawakami Ammunition Depot, Hiroshima, Japan. All offerors shall be at gate at 9:30 AM. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form (G1529) to contract administrator not later than 2:00 PM on 2 Jun 22 .
