Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached to uploaded SOW. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Personnel Qualifications. The contractor shall be responsible for their employees have the following current and valid professional certification to provide the required services under this contract. • 3rd Class Refrigeration Machine Manager or above (?3??????????) • Plumbing Technician, grade 3 or above (?????????) • 2nd Class Electrician or above (?2????????) All quoters shall submit copies of Japanese licenses as required at paragraph 2.1.2.1. of the SOW. In the event the qutoer does not submit the required licenses, the quoter may not be deemed “Responsible” in accordance with FAR 9.104-1 rendering them ineligible for award. Note 5: A pre-proposal conference/Site Visit will be conducted at CampZama, Kanagawa-ken at 1100 hours on 20 Apr 22, Japan Standard Time (JST) for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. To participate in the conference/site visit, the offerors shall submit a Gate Pass Request Form (Attachment 1) to the POC on or before 15 Apr 22 (JST) (See "Notice to Offeror" attached).
