This notice does not constittute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this annoucement is voluntary and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in develeoping information provided to the Government. The Contractor shall pressure wash sidewalks, building sidings, retaining walls, and perform mold removal on these surfaces. The contractor shall ensure walls and pavement within the work area are clear of algae, mildew, dirt, trash, debris, weeds and organic discoloration. Sidewalks and driving areas will be free of gum and bird feces. Buildings and retaining walls will be free of dirt and weeds around the edge of the facility. To ensure all work completed is within acceptable limits, the contractor will provide a detailed report of all work accomplished. This report shall be submitted to the Government Representative (GR) within 14 calendar days of contract completion in PDF with pictures.
