The application for the conference was closed on 30 Mar 2022 since it takes time to issue the base access pass (see pre-solicitation notice). Note 3: Offer due date is Japan Standard Time. Note 4: Notice of Site Visit: 1: Site Visit. On 14 Apr 2022, a site visit will be conducted at Sasebo Naval Base, Nagasaki-ken at 1000 hour on the date. Offerors shall access Sasebo Naval Base on foot (vehicles passes will not be issued), and assemble at the main gate by 0930. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the sites where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. In case of severe weather on the date of site visit, the Government may reschedule the site visit on a date to be determined by the Government. The Government is not liable for any costs incurred to participate in the site visit. 2: Paper Pass Request Form.
