The 374th Contracting Squadron is seeking eligible, potential contractors for the project for Newborn Sreening Tests For 374TH Medical Group, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, supervision, and any other items and services necessary to perform newborn metabolic screening services as defined in the attached PWS for the Clinical Laboratory Services, 374th Medical Group, Yokota Air Base. The anticipated period of performance is a twelve-month basic period with four (4) year options for a total of five (5) years. To be eligible for awarding of the contract offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM).
