DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to perform cleaning of HVAC ducts identified in paragraphs 1.2.1 to 1.2.15. of this Performance Work Statement in a safe, timely and professional manner in accordance with applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, safety and pertinent regulations, and commercial standards or practices. The contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement. HVAC duct cleaning has the potential to be performed in facilities approximately located on Yokota Air Base & GSUs which include Tama, Tokorozawa, Owada, Momote, and Fukuoka. 1.1. Scope of Work. The contractor shall complete all cleaning of HVAC ducts identified in paragraphs 1.2.1 to 1.2.15. The type of cleaning identified must ensure compliance will all applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations, and commercial standards and practices. Please see the attached PWS for more detailed information. d. Notice of Pre-Proposal Conference (1) A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at Contracting Squadron, Bldg. 620 (Conference Room 109), Yokota Air Base on 4 Nov 2021 at 0900 hours for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed three persons) to Mr. Setsuo Yamamoto by e-mail at setsuo.yamamoto.jp@us.af.mil or Ms. Tomoko Shioda e-mail at tomoko.shioda.jp@us.af.mil prior to 1400 hours, 1 Nov 2021. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.
