Sources Sought: This is NOT a solicitation announcement. This sources sought notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Defense (DoD). The purpose of this sources sought is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources. Requirements; The 374th Contracting Squadron, Yokota Air Base Japan, is seeking service provider for loading dock equipment. The Levelers around the building number 4084 at Yokota Air Base Japan, that assist with them loading and unloading pallets from the truck are inoperable and broken and are in need of replacing. For the equipment information, the existing levelers indicates “KELLEY Dock Solutions” and Model Number “M608K”. Responses to this sources sought will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought, a solicitation announcement may be published. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses for a solicitation announcement.
