The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to the installation of an upgraded irrigation system with the latest and most up to date sprinkler heads, mainline piping, isolation valves, wiring, and control system and equipment for the 18 bent grass putting greens, the 18 Korai putting greens, the 2 practice putting greens and the multiple tee complexes on 18 holes at Tama Hills Golf Course, Japan in accordance with commercial industry standards. The Contractor shall also train the staff of the Tama Hills Golf Course in the use and operation of the system. Further, the control equipment should be compatible with the existing control system.
