Yokota AB, 374 CONS, is seeking information for potential sources to procure a heat treatment furnace with installation and certification of functionality at Yokota AB, Japan. CONTRACT/PROGRAM BACKGROUND: 374 MXS/MXMFM is seeking to procure a heat treatment furnaces. This equipment is required to change the mechanical properties of material to aid in the structural repair of government assets and support equipment per engineering and technical order specifications. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: The information identified in the characteristics attachment is intended to be descriptive, not restrictive and to indicate the quality of the supplies/services that will be satisfactory. It is the responsibility of the interested source to demonstrate to the government that the interested parties can provide the supplies/services that fulfill the required specifications. a) Item: Independent dual chamber oven for aluminum and a single inert capable furnace for steel and titanium.
