The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary except that specifically identified as Government furnished in Section 12, Government Furnished Property and Services, to install CAT 6 at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan - (B316). The contractor shall perform replacement services in accordance with (IAW) this PWS, manufacturer standards, commercial practice and local standards. All parts and materials must be compliant with the Trade Agreement Act (TAA). Drawing is not attached. It is offeror's responsibility to contact CA/KO to obtain drawings.
