Please find attached questionnaire if you interestead in this requirement for Inspection and Maintenance of Automatic Opening Doors at Yokota Air Base and Tama Annex, Japan. We are looking for the vendors who can provide this service. The solicitation has not been released yet. The service will start from 1 Oct 2020. NOTE: ALL SERVICE WILL BE CONDUCTED IN JAPAN. THEREFORE, APPLICABLE JAPANESE LICENCES ARE REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH THIS WORKS. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect and maintain all automatic opening doors at Yokota Air Base and Tama Hills Recreation Area (Tama Annex) in accordance with commercial practice, the applicable Japanese law and its supplemental regulations as it is stipulated in the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). A list of automatic opening doors and their locations are shown in Appendix A.
