The 374th Contracting Squadron (374 CONS) is seeking industry input by issuing a DRAFT Solicitation for prospective offerors' review, comments, recommendations, and questions. The purpose of this notice is to release a DRAFT SOLICITATION for industry review and comment. 374 CONS wishes to develop a solicitation that is commercially relevant, not overly prescriptive, and that allows sufficient latitude for interested parties to develop competitive and creative solutions, pricing and technical approach considered. This DRAFT SOLICITATION does not constitute a solicitation or a promise of a solicitation in the future. The DRAFT SOLICITATION is for planning purposes only and do not commit the Government to any contractual agreements or arrangements. PROPOSALS ARE NOT SOLICITED UNDER THIS DRAFT SOLICITATION. No entitlement or payment of direct or indirect costs or charges will arise as a result of submission of responses to this Notice. The Government will consider all comments and questions for possible incorporation into a formal solicitation, if any. Format of Responses: All question and comments in response to the DRAFT SOLICITATION notice must be submitted by the deadline to 374CONS.PKSB.AdminWorkflow@us.af.mil The Government is not seeking proposals in response to this Draft SOLICITATION. The Government is particularly interested in feedback regarding the following: 1. Preference on exhibit format 2. Oral Presentation format and content 3. Understanding of the CLIN structure 4. Evaluation Criteria 5. PWS Delieverables
