This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is in support of market research being conducted by the United States Air Force (USAF). This market research is being conducted to notify potential sources of the upcoming requirement and to re-advertise the qualification requirements for the subject item. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to perform market research, and to determine offeror interest and capability in providing CENTRIX KOREA (CX-K) Circuit upgrade. a. Background: The Government is conducting market research to identify companies as potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities and experience to competently and competitively respond to the requirements to provide CENTRIX KOREA (CX-K) Circuit Upgrade to the specifications and descriptions listed below on Section 2 of this synopsis. 2. Program Requirements: The United Nations Command-Rear (UNC-R) USFJ HQS, Yokota AB, Japan currently needs to upgrade their Terminal Server System, Router, and Switches for Classified Communications necessary for standardization of the current IP architecture and performance of the network.
