NO SUPPLIER SUBCONTRACTING WILL BE PERMISSIBLE IN THIS CONTRACT General Description of Commercial Power Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide commercial power, twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS) Mission Support Area (MSA). As for any matters that are not addressed by this Technical Descriptions (TD), the U.S. Government and the Contractor shall have mutual consultation based on the "Supply Rules”, “Electricity Specified Retailer Supply Provisions”, and “Electricity Transmission and Distribution Provision” of the local General Electricity Utility.
