REQUIREMENT This requirement is for a turnkey system that can be operated by end users to broadcast and distribute live and produced content without knowledge or experience broadcast, information technology or specific CATV equipment processes and procedures. The system must be capable of broadcasting and distributing live and produced content from a central installation to five (5) geographically separated installation Cable Head-Ends and VOD content. The system must be capable of broadcasting live and produced videos (h.264 mp4) along with slides and other graphics in widescreen (16:9) Standard (480P) and High (1080p) Definition formats with HDMI, s-video, and component outputs. The system must have secure remote management, distribution, scheduling, as well as media feed, control and archiving capabilities to the media servers. (Direct Delivery to Japan via Commercial carrier) BASIS FOR AWARD The Government will award a single contract resulting from this request for quote (RFQ) to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the RFQ will be most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price considered.
