The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, reports, transportation, other items and services to provide one (1) Child Psychologist which will be referred to singularly, as a Psychologist in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The psychologist will support the Air Force Psychologist Health Program, 374th Medical Group, Yokota Air Base (AB), Japan, also referred to as the “Medical Treatment Facility” (MTF). The psychologist shall cover the range of services provided in a civilian medical treatment facility. Performance shall be according to the requirements contained in the PWS, professional standards of the Joint Commission (JC), National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), Air Force Pediatric Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH), Health Services Inspection (HSI), the MTF’s operating instructions and DoD or Air Force guidance.
