The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, equipment, tools, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for conducting emission monitoring of boiler and engine generating units on U.S. Army Garrison Japan (USAG-J) installations in the Kanto Plain region, Japan in accordance with (IAW) the requirements and conditions specified in attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable Japanese environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards and practices. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
