The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to repair/replace high voltage switch gears listed in Appendix A at Camp Zama and Sagamihara Family Housing Area. This services shall be performed in accordance with this Performance Work Statement (PWS), attached appendices, commercial standards and practices and manufacturer standards and Japanese laws. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the contry of Japan. Closing date and time of this solicitation is JAPAN STANDARD TIME. Appendix A (Replacement Lists) and B (Location of equipment) were not attached to the uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the Appendix A and B. Attachment "Notice to Offeror (Pre-con plus site visit) was updated to change the conference time from 1000 to 0900. Please see attached "Notice to Offeror (Pre-con plus site visit) updated" for details. Amendment 0001 was issued to update the PWS. Please see updated PWS for details.
