Description: The Contractor shall provide one (1) Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to support 374th Medical Group (374 MDG) at Yokota Air Base (AB), Japan, also referred to as the “Medical Treatment Facility” (MTF) or the 374 MDG herein, in accordance with the requirements contained in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), the professional standards of The Joint Commission (TJC), the College of American Pathologists (CAP), the Air Force Health Services Inspection Agency Office of the Health Service Inspector (HSI), and applicable Air Force (AF) regulations. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, teaching, consultations, and reports, except as provided in Section 4 of the PWS. The Contractor shall provide laboratory services required for Government beneficiaries.
