The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary for Rental and Dismantling of Electrical Distribution System (EDS) in Support Orient Shield 21-2 in support of OS12 at Aibano Training Area, Shiga, Japan. at Aibano Training Area, Shiga, Japan. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
