The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to support the U.S. Army/Japan Ground Self Defense Forces (JGSDF) Bilateral Field Training Exercise ORIENT SHIELD (OS) 21-2 in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), the attached appendices and with commercial standards, local standards, Japanese ordinances and Japanese laws. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: If your company request to visit the site, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT 1600 PM on 10 May (JST).
