The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, facilities, supplies, services and materials, except as specified as government-furnished in the Performance-based Work Statement, for the preparation of personal property of Department of Defense (DOD) personnel for shipment and/or storage and related services through the Direct Procurement Method (DPM) in US MCAS Iwakuni, Japan and surrounding areas. The period of performance is Base Year (from 1 Oct 2021 thru 30 Sep 2022) with two (2) one-year options. This service includes but is not limited to packing, containerization, providing storage and local drayage of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city and intra-area services as defined in the Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). A pre-proposal conference will be conducted via telephone on 24 Jun 2021, 09:30 AM, Japan Standard Time (JST) for the purpose of answering questions regarding this solicitation. Questions after the pre-proposal Confenference shall be submitted to the point of contact noted above not later than 5 Jul 2021, 04:30 PM, JST.
