Perform Movement of Government Furniture and Appliances at Yokota Air Base, Japan as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in compliance with the terms and conditions of the resulting contract and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. Expected Performance Period: 1 Apr 2021 through 31 Mar 2026, which consists of five (5) 1-year ordering periods. Pre-proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be conducted at 01:30 PM on 25 Nov 2020 at the 374th Contracting Squadron, Bldg. 620, Yokota Air Base. All offerors who are interested in this requirement are encouraged to participate in this pre-proposal conference. Please submit the names of all attendees (not to exceed 2 persons) to Mr. Ken Sato by e-mail at ken.sato.jp@us.af.mil by 02:00 PM on 23 Nov 2020. This information must be provided in advance in order to ensure access to the military base/conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees. Those who need an escort are required to come to the Gate 5 (Supply Gate) by 01:00 PM on 25 Nov 2020. You must bring the proper identification ((1) Passport, (2) Driver's License & original Residence Certificate that shows Permanent Address and is within 6 months from issuance, (3) Juki-net card, and/or (4) My Number Card with photo). For the vehicle pass, please make sure you bring the proper original insurance documents. Failure to provide the proper documentation may cause you not be able to enter the base.
