Market Research of HVAC Duct Systems Cleaning.We are conducting Market Research to determine if the contract for "HVAC Duct System Cleaning Services at Yokota Air Base and Geographically Separated Units (Tama Annex, Tokorozawa Transmitter Site, Owada Communications Site, Momote AFN Site and Fukuoka Itazuke Auxiliary Airfield)" is in the customary commercial practices. The result of this research will not only help us determine if the services are commercial, but will determine if the services offered in the market will meet our agency’s requirements.
