General Description of Commercial Power Requirements: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide commercial power twenty four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to the meter point at Kyogamisaki Communication Site (KCS) Life Support Area (LSA), indicated on exhibit 1, KCS Power Demarcation. As for any matters that are not addressed by the Technical Descripton, the Government and the Contractor shall have mutual consultation based on the "Supply Rules”, “Electricity Specified Retailer Supply Provisions", and “Electricity Transmission and Distribution Provision” of the local General Electricity Utility. Package of Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available upon your request. If you are interested in to attend pre-proposal conference and site visit, please contact Contract Specialist and/or Contracting Officer no later than 25 Nov 2019. Also, please contact Contract Specialist and/or Contracting Officer no later than 23 Dec 2019, if you would like to request the minutes for the pre-proposal conference and site visit conducted in Dec 2019.
