THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A SOLICITATION. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. The purpose of this source sought notice is to communicate with local industry in advance, receive feedback from the industry, identify interested vendors to foster competition, and use the information gained from this notice to further define the requirements of the expected solicitation in a way which benefits both the Government and the contractor.
