The Contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, products/items and materials and any other items or services necessary for 1) the installation of new systems, modular cubicle furniture, 2) executive office and conference furniture that includes office desks, freestanding bookshelves, credenzas, conference tables, seating/chairs, accessories, other related services, 3) a variety of housing/dorm furniture as requested by the US Government Housing Office, removal of existing furniture, including a layout/design work, disposal of non-usable furniture, to meet a large variety of US military operations Japan-wide. The Contractor shall perform subject requirements in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards and practices, and/or any local regulations/laws if applicable.
