The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to provide Security Cameras and Monitor specified on the attached specification including the site-training and English/Japanese manuals. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates, and once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Site visit will be conducted on To Be Determined (TBD) at Yokota Air Base. All offerors shall be at gate on TBD. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at TBD.
