This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Requlation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. All offerors shall follow attached combine synopsis document and attachments. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: PWS, Appendix A1.1. Site and Location Maps are not attached.
