We are planning to issue solicitation package for Inspection, Maintenance, and Testing of the New West Substation at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision, necessary to perform inspection, maintenance, and testing of building 532, West Substation, 66,000 volt system and all electrical distribution equipment/components in a safe, timely and professional manner in accordance with applicable Japanese Environmental Governing Standards (JEGS), Japanese laws, pertinent regulations, commercial manuals, and commercial standards and practices. Notice: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an Offeror for any costs.
