The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for electrical power distribution system(s) at YS-21-79 Camp Kengun, Kumamoto, Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF), in accordance with (IAW) this Performance Work Statement (PWS), attached drawings, and, commercial and local standards and practices. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded Performance Work Statement (PWS). The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4. Pre-proposal conference will be scheduled in a conference call at 0900 on 9 Sep 20. If offerors requests to participate the telephone conference, please contact the Contract Specialist Not Later Than (NLT) 1600 on 7 Sep 20 by email. Note 5: Site visit will be conducted at 1330 hrs on 10 Sep 20. All offerors shall be the site before 1330 at East Gate of Camp Kengun. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form and send it to the contract administrator NLT 1100 AM on 8 Sep 20.. Note 6: The Government may revise the PWS and Drawing(s) per to site conditions.
