The Contractor shall provide all equipment, tools, materials, and associated labor necessary to perform chartered bus services for transporting personnel including soldiers carrying weapons/bags, when, as and if scheduled by the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Caller at any time during any calendar day. The Contractor must be duly authorized to operate and perform services required in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditions under this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) laws and trade practices.
