DESCRIPTIO OF SERVICE:The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform for Management Habitat, Erosion Control at Tama Hills GC, Course Maint. Bldg 1090 Tama Service Annex, Tokyo, Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese laws, pertinent regulations and local commercial practices. The contractor shall also accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2. BASIC SERVICE:These specifications provide for the performance to repair and improve the ground condition by erosion control engineering technics at the cliff located behind Bldg 1090, Golf Course (GC) Maintenance Building, Tama Service Annex (SA), Tokyo, Japan. The purpose of this project is to stop soil erosion by removing overgrown trees, overhanging cliff. The project also includes reshaping of the ground slope, stabilizing the new slope surface with grass seed mat. By these site work, surrounding Threatened/Endangered (T/E) species as well as GC maintenance facility will be protected from the erosion issue. 3.
