RFQ# FA520920Q0051 Requirement Name: COVID-19 CLEANING SERVICES AT YOKOTA AIR BASE and GEOGRAPHICALLY SEPARATED UNITS (TAMA, TOKOROZAWA, OWADA AND MOMOTE), JAPAN The Government may award single or multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered, however, but retains the right to award more or fewer BPAs based on quantity and quality of proposals received, and may award BPA(s) to other than the lowest price. NOTE: This is the new requirement for Yokota AB; there is no work performed currently or in the past. On 13 Jul 20, one Q&A was exchanged between the prospective offeror and the Government as follow: Question from Prospective Offeror: "is this solicitation will not going to conduct a Pre-Proposal conference or a site visit? If not could you kindly provide us the measurements of the rooms or any blueprints/sample pictures of the facility/location need to be clean and disinfect. Please advice." Answer from the Government: "Pre-proposal Conference is not scheduled for this requirement. Currently, the specific area (room) to be disinfected cannot be identified since no cleaning request has been received yet. The extent of what the Contractor would be in charge of cleaning/disinfection is Yokota Air Base and Geographically Separated Units (Tama, Tokorozawa, Owada and Momote), Japan. Kindly take into the account for the condition when you prepare the price quotation."
