The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, and any other items or services necessary to maintenance of Wastewater Control System (manufacturer: Kubota Corporation) in accordance with (IAW) the Performance Work Statement (PWS), commercial standards and practices. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. The contractor worker or subcontractor shall possess certification for "electrical construction management engineer" issued by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner.
