The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items or services necessary to perform transportation and disposal services of industrial waste from Kawakami, Akizuki, Hiro Ammunition Depot and Kure Pier #6, Hiroshima, Japan. The contractor shall perform the subject service in accordance with Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act (Haikibutsu no shori oyobi seisou ni kansuru houritsu) and other laws/regulations applied to this services. No sub-ocntracting is allowed in accordance with the law, Waste Management and Public Cleansing Act (Haikibutsu no shori oyobi seisou ni kansuru houritsu) The Contractor shall possess valid licenses/permits for collection, transportation and treatment (or collection, transportation, and disposal) of industrial waste (Sangyo haikibutsu).
