The Contactor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform inspection of sidetracks and electrical system at U.S. Military Siding No. 342 and 343 at Tsurumi Fuel Terminal in a manner that ensure continuous and reliable condition. SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE DATE: 01 Apr 2020 through 31 Mar 2021 The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order resulting from this solicitation. A single award is contemplated as a result of this solicitation; therefore, offerors must quote on all line items in the pricing schedule. A pre-proposal conference is NOT scheduled this time. OFFER DUE DATE: 23 Mar 2020, 02:00 PM (Japan Standard Time) NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
