The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform ash-recycling service for Yokota AB, Japan in accordance with applicable Japanese laws and pertinent regulations, and commercial practices. The Contractor shall accomplish all services below to meet the requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) as attached. The Contractor shall possess all applicable business permits. 1.2.1. Business Permits. The Contractor, as a minimum, shall possess and submit a copy of the valid business permits listed below to perform the services specified in this PWS in conformance with Japanese laws and pertinent regulations: Required Business Permit: Industrial Waste Treatment Business Permit (??????????)
