This notice does not obligate the Government to solicit and award contracts nor does it obligate the Government to pay potential offerors for any costs. DESCRIPTION: This is a concessionaire contract to provide insurance services in Building 327, Yujo Community Center, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The concessionaire shall accomplish allservices/requirements of this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the terms and conditionsunder this contract and applicable Government of Japan (GOJ) Acts and business practices. Refer the attached PWS. NOTE: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offer must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
