The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price commodity contract for Modi Supply brand of Mobi 4 Tier Side Loading Roller Bar Mortuary Morgue Storage Racks and accessories to be used at Air Force Mortuary Affairs Operations (AFMAO) - Operating Location Pacific-Yokota (OLP-Y), 374 FSS/FSOM, Yokota Air Base, Japan. The total estimated value is less than $70,000. This hereby constitutes a synopsis of the requirement. Responses to this notice must demonstrate that more than one responsible source exists to fulfill the stated requirement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is NOT a request for quotes or proposals.
