In the event of different clause dates between the amendment and conformed solicitation, the newer clause shall control. The following principal features are expressed in general terms and in no way shall limit the responsibility of the contractor in performing all work indicated or required to provide a complete and usable facility. The work includes Intelligence Community Directive/Intelligence Community Standard. (ICD/ICS) ICD/ICS 705 (2017) Technical specifications for construction and management of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities Architectural Work a. Remove existing ceiling board, access panel and insulation. b. Install ceiling consists of gypsum board, acoustic tile, access panel and insulation. c. Install insulation under access floor between room 302 and 302A. d. Repair existing mechanical foundation and install waterproof coating. Mechanical Work a. Remove existing air conditioning units. b. Remove existing air conditioning systems ducting and piping. c. Install new air conditioning units. d. Install new ducting and piping for air conditioning and ventilation systems. e. Remove and reinstall existing sprinkler heads and head covers. f. Perform duct cleaning at designated area. Electrical work a. Remove existing conduit wiring for existing air conditioning units, fan, demineralizer and other accessories. b. Install new conduit wiring for new air conditioning units, fan, demineralizer and other accessories. c. Modify existing panel boards for air conditioning. d. Remove existing fire alarm system and conduit wiring. e. Install new fire alarm devices and conduit wiring. f. Modify existing fire alarm panel to connect new fire alarm devices. g. Perform operational test for new fire alarm system and connection to existing sprinkler system, existing air conditioning system and existing exhaust fan system. NOTE: See Section J of the solicitation. The offeror shall contact our POCs to obtain Attachment 2 (Drawings) that is not uploaded in this FBO.
