Responses to this sources sought are due: 2 May 2019, 2:00pm (Japan Standard Time) Below is an example of a rubber/paint removal system with required specifications. A rubber/paint removal vehicle with similar capabilities would be acceptable. Please send us your capability statement with your response. Item Description 0001 RUBBER/PAINT REMOVAL SYSTEM Rubber removal system will be mounted on CONTRACTOR (Vendor) provided trailer with and capable of 35,000 psi (2,500 bar),12.4 gpm (47 LPM) high pressure pump unit, vacuum recovery system, vacuum debris tank, hydraulic system and mobile auxiliary tractor utilized to mount the head on. Vacuum Recovery System--unit is rated for 1500 CFM @ 5-6 Inches of vacuum. The unit is powered by a 49HP (36.5 Kw) 4 cylinder USA Tier 3 Emissions diesel engine, and Blower unit with washable filter to protect the blower unit. Vacuum debris tank capacity, 5 cubic yards (3.8 cubic meters). Washable Permi- Filter Panel compartment for debris separation from recovered water. Wash down header to clean out debris tank after dumping. Hydraulic dumping of debris tank and hydraulic vibrator to aid in debris removal. Inner debris tank coated with 2 part Genesis Coating system for durability and long life. Water Tank-2000 Gallon (7570 Liters) Fresh Water Stainless Steel hinged baffled reservoir with back-flow prevention 3" (76 mm) fill connection. Manway access on top of the tank. Hydraulic system will be powered from the high pressure pump unit. The hydraulic system will drive the transfer pump to supply 40 psi inlet water to the high pressure pump unit. Actuate the system valve and provide hydraulic power to vacuum debris tank cylinders and hydraulic vibrator. Compact Pavement Rubber & Marking Removal System Compact, hydrostatically driven custom robot with a front mounted SPIN JET. forward and reverse mobility, zero-turn radius, 360 degree unrestricted visibility nozzle bucket assembly with integrated vacuum recovery seal and port, multiple nozzle head options. Front mounted, hydraulically powered cleaning head assembly (0-2500 rpm). Operating pressure 40,000 psi (2800 bar), flows to 13 gpm. 30" front bucket assembly with 24" cleaning pattern, with vacuum seal and collection port Independent hydraulic circuit with 20 gallon reservoir and cooler for control of all components related to the UHP water system. 24 hp (18 kW) diesel engine. Overhead boom assembly for high pressure and vacuum hose. Hydrostatically controlled forward and reverse speeds can be maintained via cruise control and monitored via digital speedometer. UHP water start/stop controls to operate system valve mounted on unit. Front bucket assembly lift and tilt for ease of nozzle and seal maintenance. Power steering with tilt control Lights and safety package: three headlights, two reverse lights, one rotating beacon, back-up sound warning. 15" Front End Bucket Assembly Additional 15" front end bucket assembly with 10" custom head for marking removal. This special design head is highly effective for removing Thermo plastic and Methol-methaculate markings without damaging Asphalt or Concrete.
