This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; this is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation number FA5209-19-Q-BH01 is issued as a RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, DPN 20190809, and AFAC 2018-0525. 3.
