The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary for electrical power distribution system(s) at YS-20-77, Camp Asaka, Tokyo, Japan Ground Self Defense Force (JGSDF) in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, attached drawings, and commercial and local standards and practices. Note 1: This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan. Note 2: Solicitation issuance and closing dates are tentative. It is the offeror's responsibility to check the firm dates at block 6 & 8 of SF 1449, once the solicitation is released, to ensure submission of your offer in a timely manner. If you have any questions about the release date of a solicitation please contact the Contract Administrator or Contracting Officer listed in this announcement. Note 3: Drawings are not attached uploaded PWS. The offerors shall contact POC via email to receive the drawings. Note 4: Site visit will be conducted at 10:00 AM on 12 Sep 19. All offerors shall be at gate at Camp Asaka on 09:45 AM. If your company request to participate in the site visit, the offerors shall submit an uploaded gate pass request form to contract administrator NLT at 16:00 on 10 Sep 19. Note 5: The contractor shall accept responsibility to send/receive emails. When the contractor email or fax any documents to the Contract Specialist, the contractor shall confirm whether the Contract Specialist received.
